Training

Our training times are:

Wednesdays 8pm – 10pm
Fridays 5pm – 7pm
Saturdays 3pm – 5pm

All sessions are held in the Jubilee Sports Hall (Building 18) on Highfield Campus. The facilities boast 8 trampolines, including two Eurotramp Ultimate 4×4 trampolines!

Our members have complete control over their sessions and what they do meaning those who would like to train in a more casual fashion or are here just for a bit of exercise and fun are just as welcome as those looking to push themselves to the next level.

We are very lucky to boast a team of friendly and experienced coaches who are always on hand to help all our members in whatever way is needed.
